Fantasy Football Week 5 Rankings: Adrian Peterson and 3 RBs That Will Bounce Back Strong
Running backs are the most important position in fantasy football because they can help you win big or be the reason you lost a close one.
In Week 4, a few running backs that their owners count on the most to be consistent where far from that. There's always going to be some players who bomb when you least expect it, but often times they come through the next week.
That's the case here, as these three running backs will bounce back strong.
Adrian Peterson
The Minnesota Vikings top player is still the only force on their offense, which is why opponents scheme to shut him down. In Week 4, Peterson rushed 23 times for 80 yards, but he didn't find the end-zone
It was his lowest total fantasy points of the year thus far, and he's not going anywhere but up in Week 5. The Vikings host the Arizona Cardinals, who are better at stopping the run than the pass.
Don't fret though because Peterson will pick it up and put up great points for you team this Sunday. Peterson is still the focal point of the Vikings offense, and he's going to rush for close to 100 yards if not over, as well as find the end-zone early.
Ahmad Bradshaw
Bradshaw owners over the years have been consistently frustrated with Brandon Jacobs, but it's just something they have to deal with. Jacobs is the goal line back, but Bradshaw is typically the back that breaks the big plays.

That hasn't been the case much this year, but he's going to bust out this weekend against the Seahawks. It's tough for Bradshaw to rush over 100 yards because he splits carries, but this Sunday he's going to bust open the big play for a score.
He did score last week, but he only managed 39 yards on 12 carries. Bradshaw will get around 15 carries each game, and he'll make the most of them at home vs. Seattle.
LeSean McCoy
McCoy put up OK numbers in Week 4 scoring on a pass from Michael Vick, but everybody knows he is capable of scoring a ton of points.
The Eagles hit the road to take on the Buffalo Bills, who aren't very good at stopping the run. McCoy had nine carries for 18 rushing yards last week, but he'll make his owners forget all about that with a fantastic showing on Sunday.
The Bills' defense is allowing 129 rushing yards per game, and while I don't think McCoy gets that much, he'll definitely come close to 100, as well as score multiple touchdowns.
