Dwight Howard Trade Rumors Continue To Swirl After Howard's Late Night Tweeting
Dwight Howard is not a fan of the local journalists.
Last night, during a thrilling game between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Memphis Grizzlies, Howard took to Twitter to announce his displeasure with the Orlando Sentinel and the writers who cover the team.
Per Howard's Twitter:
Y does it seem like the writers of Orlando sentinel are tryna push me out of Orlando with dumb articles. It's annoying. Can I enjoy my summer and get ready for next season in Orlando. Pls. Same thing u guys did to Shaq. Smh
When you drop Shaq when talking about your looming free agency, you aren't going to win over many fans in Orlando.
Even though it was over a decade ago, that's still a very raw wound for Magic fans, fans that are waiting for the other shoe to drop and for Howard to end up somewhere like Los Angeles or New Jersey after he bolts from the team that drafted him.

Honestly, the writers have a point when they criticize him for his lack of decisiveness when it comes to his future. Look what happened to Cleveland and Toronto when those teams decided to wait around for their superstars.
If you don't know what the deal is, then you can't plan for the future and if your star players leaves, then you're left with nothing but a team that's going to be the laughingstock of the league. If Howard is going to test free agency, he should at least be honest with the team.
While he may not like it, he deserves to be criticized.
