2011 NBA Mock Draft: Full First Round, Chicago Bulls Select Charles Jenkins

2011 NBA Mock Draft Gives Chicago Bulls Charles Jenkins With No. 28 Pick

The Chicago Bulls had, by all accounts, a great season in 2010-11. They weren’t expected to be one of the better teams in the East and wound up with the best record in basketball. They fell short in the playoffs thanks to a lack of scoring, but that will change when they draft Charles Jenkins No. 28 overall.

The Hofstra star is one of the best scorers in this draft class. He has a great shot, and can score from anywhere on the court. He has a great body that allows him to muscle past defenders and attack the basket.

Jenkins is a point guard, and the Bulls are already set at that position. But he could play the role that Ben Gordon used to for this team – a stud shooter off the bench – or he could move to shooting guard, though he is undersized for the position. He would be better for this team than Kyle Korver or Keith Bogans.
